Lew White
As the "founding father" of Lew White Tours, Lew credits his passion with the motorcoach industry to his part time job as a motorcoach driver in the late sixties while a student at the University of Illinois. After graduating with his MBA Degree, he continued to drive part time while working full time in Bloomington, Illinois. During these years Lew would take vacation time from his full time job to drive cross-country motorcoach tours. Over time he realized that arranging motorcoach transportation and tours was his specialty.
In 1978, Lew left his full time employment and started Lew White Tours. Over the years his business grew, due in part to his knowledge of the clients' needs, and his flexible and positive attitude. During 1989, Lew moved the operation from his home and opened an office in Indianapolis. The business enjoyed a growth to over $2 million in 1996. At that time, Lew sold the business to a motorcoach company, where he continued to manage the tour operations. In 2001, Lew White Tours was once again under Lew's ownership. Today, he is the Sales and Marketing Manager for Lew White Tours.
Lew and his wife Cathi live on the west side of Indianapolis. In their free time, they enjoy working in their yard, attending concerts and shows, and traveling.

Debbie Dewees
For almost two decades, Debbie has worked with Lew White Tours as an independent tour guide. One of her favorite duties is showing off the sights and history of Indianapolis as a step-on tour guide. And as a tour escort, she has traveled with groups ranging from school age to senior citizens, and to destinations as diverse as Washington, D.C. and Branson, Missouri.
For corporate and organizational events, Debbie may be the first face you see at the airport, meeting and greeting and assisting in hotel transportation, as well as the next person you see at the event, coordinating and managing on-site transportation.
On her own time, Debbie looks forward to visiting with her four grown children and her new granddaughter. She loves antiquing as well as researching and traveling to quirky, off-the-beaten-path places.
