Directions for Locating Your Shuttle at the Airport
This shuttle service has been discontinued.
Please contact Republic Airways at (317) 484-6000 for future questions and transportation needs.
The Chautauqua Training Shuttle pickup site will depend on whether you arrive at the airport on a Blue Day or a Red Day. Look at the 30 day schedule before your flight to verify where your shuttle will be boarding.
On Blue Days, Carey Indiana Limousines will pick up passengers at the Ground Transportation Center.
Follow the signs to the baggage claim area. After you've claimed your luggage, follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Center. Exit the airport through the double doors and cross the street to the Ground Transportation Center located adjacent to the airport.
Proceed to the Carey Indiana desk and announce your arrival. Be prepared to present your employee ID, "new hire" letter, or "interviewee" letter. This enables Carey Indiana to properly bill the airline for your transportation rather than charging you individually.
To contact Carey Indiana, please call (317) 241-7100.
The above procedures for Blue Days apply 24 hours a day.
On Red Days, a shuttle bus will pick up passengers at the Ground Transportation Center.
Follow the signs to the baggage claim area. After you've claimed your luggage, follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Center. Exit the airport through the double doors and cross the street to the Ground Transportation Center located adjacent to the airport.
Look for the Chautauqua sign in the window of the shuttle bus. The bus departs curbside every two hours from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Upon boarding the shuttle, please fill out the passenger log.
