Directions for Locating Your Shuttle at Chautauqua Headquarters on the Northwest Side of Indianapolis

These instructions also apply to the Days Inn Indianapolis NW, the Residence Inn North Indianapolis and the Holiday Inn Select NW for Blue Days only.
The Chautauqua Shuttle pickup process will depend on whether you need a shuttle back to the airport on a Blue Day or a Red Day. Look at the 30-day calendar before you need to use a shuttle to verify the process, otherwise you may be responsible for your own charges.
On Blue Days, Carey Indiana Limousines will pick up passengers at the Chautauqua Headquarters, the Days Inn Indianapolis NW, the Residence Inn North Indianapolis
or the Holiday Inn Select NW.
In order to obtain a ride, you must call 317-241-7100 in advance to request a shuttle on a "shared ride" basis.
Please identify yourself as a Chautauqua or Republic Airways employee, trainee or interviewee and be specific as to your desired pickup location. We recommend you call with as much notice as possible, but with a minimum of 2 hours notice, Carey Indiana will give you a pickup time and confirmation number when calling. All drop offs will be at the airport terminal.
Be prepared to present your employee ID, "new hire" letter, or "interviewee" letter. This enables Carey Indiana to properly bill the airline for your transportation rather than charging you individually.
The above procedures for Blue Days apply 24 hours a day.
On Red Days, a shuttle bus will pick up passengers only at the Chautauqua Headquarters in order to shuttle them back to the airport Ground Transportation Center.
Look for the Chautauqua sign in the window of the shuttle bus. The bus departs curbside outside from the main entrance at the Chautauqua Headquarters every two hours from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Upon boarding the shuttle, please fill out the passenger log.
Red Day Shuttle Departure Times from the Chautauqua Headquarters:

- 1:00 pm
- 3:00 pm
- 5:00 pm
- 7:00 pm
- 9:00 pm
If you need a ride back to the airport before 10:30 am or after 9:00 pm on a Red Day, please use the Blue Day instructions above in order to have your charges authorized by the airline.
Conversely, if you need a shuttle back to the airport after 10:30 am or before 9:00 pm on a Red Day, you MUST use the Red Day instructions in order for the airline to authorize your charges.
